Familie Constellations in Breda?
Family constellations reveal what you carry without knowing it. Patterns, loyalties, unprocessed experiences, passed down from generation to generation, often without words.
In a constellation we explore where certain blockages or tensions originate. Not to dig endlessly, but to see what is really going on. Because what you suppress does not disappear. It finds a way out, through your behaviour, your body or your relationships.
Once something becomes visible, space is created. That is where movement begins.

Once your question is clear, we begin the constellation. We bring the people or dynamics involved into view using floor markers, chairs, or other materials in the space. Instead of following a fixed protocol, we work intuitively, attuned to what presents itself in the moment.

I guide you step by step and ensure a safe, respectful setting in which you only do what feels right for you. People often notice that the tension decreases once the constellation begins, because space opens up for insight and movement.

A constellation is not only meant to solve a problem, but also to gain more insight into yourself, your family history, and the dynamics you (unconsciously) carry with you. Who is Marieke de Zwaan?
systemic coach & trainer
Marieke de Zwaan (born 1976) graduated from Delft University of Technology in 2001 and subsequently worked as an architect for several multinationals. For ten years, she travelled the world with her husband and three sons, living in the United States, Australia and Brazil. During her travels, she transformed from a state of chronic illness (burnout, migraine) to a state of optimal vitality. Marieke discovered that the key to many complaints lies in a deeper understanding of self-awareness. This ignited the fire to inspire others to seek depth within themselves as well.
Marieke has completed various studies in the fields of nutrition, vitality, and systemic work. Since 2012, she has guided people who are facing personal challenges. Through her lectures and webinars in the Netherlands and abroad, she has inspired thousands of people to make more conscious choices. She also founded an online academy, supports individuals with one-on-one coaching, and develops training programmes in the areas of nutrition, consciousness development, and systemic dynamics, all with the aim of uncovering the deeper causes of chronic complaints.
Marieke enjoys Burgundian cuisine, practises yoga, jogs in the early morning, and loves to spend time in the sun.
